Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in banking and marketing to lead high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects within the financial sector, driving marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to optimize operations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for banking and marketing initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, financial teams, and marketing divisions to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Lead digital banking and marketing transformation , including CRM optimization and multi-channel customer strategies.
• Define project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to banking regulations and market trends.
• Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies to streamline project workflows and drive efficiency.
• Develop marketing campaigns tailored to financial services, ensuring effective brand positioning and customer targeting.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to safeguard banking operations and marketing investments.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including financial analysts, marketing strategists, and technical leads.
• Oversee KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management within banking and/or financial services marketing .
• Extensive knowledge of banking operations, compliance standards, and risk management practices .
• Strong expertise in marketing campaign execution , digital banking solutions, and customer engagement strategies.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and financial marketing platforms .
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives , manage large-scale projects, and deliver measurable results.
