● Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs,and develop effective recruitment strategies for each position.
Manage interview process with candidates and hiring managers, candidates assessments and offering process.
Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the technology industry.
