Job Description

Currently, we are seeking passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CF, SLPA) to join a dynamic and collaborative school team in Adams County, CO .

Full-time contract position for the 25/26 school year, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details:

  • Location: In-person (hybrid and/or remote options offered depending on school)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm
  • Duration: 25/26 school year: 8/11/25-5/22/26
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week
  • Grade Level: K-12 (multiple sites)
  • Compensation: $40 - $60 per hour depending on licensure and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.
  • Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates.
  • Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
  • DOE SSP- Special Service Provider
