We are looking for a SOCIAL EDITOR / CREATOR who is responsible for concepting, creating, and editing lo-fi content for a number of brands across the agency. Whether that’s a mix of shooting content on your phone or reimagining boring assets from into stuff that slaps on TikTok, you will be responsible for executing content creation and setting the bar for creative excellence on a dime. OK Cool is a supportive, fun, high octane environment where you can grow, experiment, and push your craft.

Working at OK COOL means you live and breathe TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You know what slaps, what flops, and why people can’t stop doom-scrolling. You’ve got an encyclopedic knowledge of trending sounds, memes, and whatever’s popping off in the algorithm right now. You’re constantly ahead of the curve—experimenting with new styles, testing formats, and adding a pinch of ✨spice✨ to keep content fresh and relatable. You know how to deliver social-first, top-notch videos and ideas. You can cut, trim, drop in SFX, layer graphics, and add that special sauce that make people stop mid-scroll. Basically, you make things 🤌

YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Concepting and shooting lo-fi budget efficiently.
• Optimize every post for each platform. You know how to get the algorithm’s attention and keep people coming back for more.
• Review raw footage and transform it into jaw-dropping, social-first edits. Quick cuts, snappy captions, and that perfect sound bite? All you.
• You know the perfect track for every vibe. Whether it’s a trending sound or an underground banger, you’ll pair it flawlessly with the content.
• Deliver polished, hype-worthy content ready to go live and dominate feeds.
• Work closely with the creative squad to bounce ideas, take feedback like a pro, and push projects to the finish line.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Comprehensive knowledge of Premiere Pro, Capcut, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-QC all assets
• Familiarity with various formats, delivery specs, and working with raw footage, UGC, animation, and stills
• Highly organized, flexible, and proactive, with the ability to manage changing deadlines and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic approach
• Experience in creative ideation, concept development, and collaboration with key stakeholders
• Passion for beauty and fashion
• Driven to explore new editing technologies and industry best practices to improve efficiency

• Expertise in building creative edits aligned with trends and culture

• Portfolio of completed productions
