About the Role

EF Collection is seeking a creative and strategic social media & creative innovation manager to elevate our digital presence through content innovation, trend-savvy execution, and smart automation. Reporting directly to our founder, you’ll lead content strategy, creation, and community engagement across all social channels - driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social strategy and execution across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LTK/ShopMy & Substack
• Create platform-specific content that converts and maintains our luxury brand voice
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with launches and marketing goals
• Jump on trends early and shape how we show up online
• Style, shoot, edit, and post hands-on and high-quality content
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on social media management experience (DTC e-commerce and/or luxury preferred)
• Proven success in growing and monetizing social followings (especially IG + TikTok)
• Deep knowledge of luxury digital aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of brand tone
• Strong video and photo editing capabilities (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, etc.)
• Performance-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics
• Creative, self-directed, and organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Location & Compensation:

This is a full-time, in-office role based in West Hollywood, CA. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
