Job Description

Genesis Sports Performance in Indianapolis, IN, US is seeking a dedicated Sports Performance Coach to join our team. We offer a competitive hourly salary of $22 - $25 an hour. Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized training programs for athletes to improve performance.
Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate athletes' strengths and weaknesses.
Provide guidance on nutrition and hydration strategies to optimize athletic performance.
Monitor and track athletes' progress to adjust training plans accordingly.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive training environment.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the fitness industry.
Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
US Work Authorization.
