Tax Accountant - Senior Manager

**Location:** Henderson, NV

**Type:** Full-Time

Overview

As a Senior Manager, you’ll provide strategic oversight of the tax department, deliver high-level tax consulting services, and support the firm’s growth and leadership objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complicated tax returns (10% of your time); Review simple, mid-level, and complicated tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance (90% of your time), including
• 1040 – Individual Income Tax
• 1065 – Partnership Income Tax
• 1120S – S-corporation Income Tax
• 1120 – C-corporation Income Tax
• 1041 – Trust & Estate Income Tax
• 706 – Estate Tax
• Etc.

• Lead complex tax engagements and oversee team deliverables
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and business clients
• Provide technical guidance on advanced tax issues
• Track and record billable time by client and/or project
• Drive business development and client retention efforts
• Mentor and develop future firm leaders

Qualifications

• CPA or EA license required
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with leadership in client management
• Proven success in advisory and planning roles
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify new service opportunities

Pay & Benefits

• Salary of $125,000 to $250,000
