Charter "A" School in Palmetto, Florida has immediate openings for Kindergarten, Middle School 6th ELA, and STEMS teachers.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for reading, writing, social studies, science, and technology, while nurturing critical thinking skills. They will create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where students are encouraged to explore, question, and thrive.

Requirements

• Current Florida Teaching Certification OR Statement of Eligibility issued by the Florida Department of Education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student success and academic growth

Responsibilities

• Develop students’ reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and literature analysis skills
• Create and maintain a supportive learning environment
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and interventions when needed
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching elementary or middle school students
• Familiarity with differentiated instruction and literacy strategies
• Passion for helping students develop a lifelong appreciation for literature, social studies, language and technology.
