Job Title : Technical Writer

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality documentation that includes procedures, standards, work instructions, training materials, and project documentation. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), end users, and other staff members to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the documentation, while adhering to deadlines and established documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including procedures, standards, work instructions, training materials, and project documentation.
• Work directly with subject matter experts, end users, and team members to gather, clarify, and refine raw data into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Apply technical writing methodologies to draft, format, and clarify information in various types of documents.
• Facilitate document reviews, revisions, and approval processes.
• Ensure all documentation is consistent with internal standards and procedures.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Assist in maintaining document management processes, including version control and document tracking.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to a wide audience with varying levels of technical understanding.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical research and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with a diverse audience and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with SharePoint and PowerApps is a plus.
• Previous experience in technical writing or a related field is preferred.
