Experience and Qualification:

• TECHNICAL WRITERS Seeking a skilled Tech Writer with experience in SharePoint and Teams design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing and maintaining various types of comprehensive technical documentation that support our internal platforms and teams. Additionally, candidate should have experience with SharePoint and/or MS Teams site design/development.
• This role is for a creative and technically skilled individual who enjoys developing solutions that enhance collaboration and drive business efficiency.
• Candidate must have the ability to develop clear, concise and user-friendly documentation, including user guides, training materials and FAQs, etc.
• Responsible for moderate to complex technical documentation tasks and projects with both writing or editing focus. Develops and maintains user, technical and process documentation for business office.
• Writes and maintains manuals, bulletins, catalogs and other technical documentation. In addition, must Collaborate with engineering management to design and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments to enhance Engineering teammate user experience. Candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of internal communication, including newsletters, bulletins, articles, etc. and maintaining distribution lists.
