We are seeking an experienced Technician/Foreman in Commercial Roofing to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will take a leadership role in overseeing, coordinating, and executing roofing projects. This is a full time position that provides an opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals on diverse commercial roofing projects. Job Summary:

The Commercial Roofing Technician/Foreman is responsible for overseeing and performing roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial properties. This role ensures all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while supervising a crew of roofing technicians.

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of roofing technicians on commercial roofing projects.
• Ensure proper execution of roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, and schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
• Train and mentor team members in roofing techniques and safety practices.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

• Install and repair various types of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), and metal roofing.
• Perform roofing inspections and diagnose issues such as leaks and structural concerns.
• Use power tools, hand tools, and roofing materials efficiently and safely.
• Remove and dispose of old roofing materials.
• Apply waterproofing and insulation materials as required.
• Ensure a clean and organized worksite.

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in commercial roofing (Foreman should have supervisory experience).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of different commercial roofing systems and techniques.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and withstand outdoor weather conditions.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, CPR/First Aid preferred. Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
• License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
