Job Description:

• Join the C&F Marketing Communications team to produce impactful video content that connects with customers, dealers, and employees.
• This role balances creativity and organization, supporting the broader sales, marketing, and factory teams through professional video production, storytelling, and digital asset management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage digital asset archiving and trafficking, ensuring accurate metadata and organization.
• Write scripts and assist in producing videos for customer, dealer, and internal audiences.
• Support special events and video projects including product features, customer stories, workarounds, and instructional videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, brand-consistent content.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience managing digital asset systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience producing event-related or instructional videos.
• Understanding of marketing communications or corporate branding.
• Creative storytelling abilities and technical aptitude for filming.
