This role focuses on leading the migration from an on-prem Cisco VoIP UCS system to Webex over the next 6 months. The engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade VoIP systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Key responsibilities include system design, configuration, SIP trunk and circuit management, optimization, and cross-team collaboration. Strong experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP), Cisco UC tools (CUCM, Unity, UCCE, CUBE), and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, QoS, DHCP, DNS) is required.
