Job Description

We are hiring a Production & Material Handling Associate to support electromechanical assembly operations, inventory flow, and production quality. This role combines hands-on assembly tasks with material movement and inventory responsibilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Assembly & Production Support

• Assist in assembling, repairing, and reworking electromechanical components using written instructions, blueprints, and part lists.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and accurately.

Material Handling & Inventory

• Check material stock levels, request replenishments, and help expedite needed items.
• Move parts, components, and finished products between work areas.
• Maintain clean, organized inventory and workstation areas.

Quality & Documentation

• Perform basic quality checks following Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards.
• Accurately enter production and inventory data into systems/software.

Safety & Teamwork

• Follow all safety protocols in mechanical and warehouse settings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a reliable, self-driven work ethic.

Must-Have Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including mandatory overtime .
• Comfortable with computers, data entry, and manufacturing/warehouse software.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive standing or sitting tasks.
• Detail-oriented and able to work safely in mechanical and warehouse environments.
• Comfortable using hand tools and light equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or mechanical experience — training provided .

Pay Rate: $17-19/Hr
