About the Role:

Title: Inventory Planner

Location: SEA99-Odyssey (Redmond, WA, USA) - 100% Onsite

Type: Contract - 6-12 Months on W2 (Extensions possible)

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM PST (Night Shift)

Key Requirements:

Warehouse experience required.

SAP proficiency is essential.

Manufacturing background preferred.

The role is physically demanding initially, involving picking, putting away orders, and frequent walking. The lifting is light, focusing more on order movement and warehouse tasks.

Selection Criteria:

The manager values enthusiasm, performance, and eagerness to learn. During interviews, emphasis is placed on candidate interaction and energy rather than just verbal responses.

Familiarity with warehouse operations, especially picking, is crucial.

Overqualified candidates from roles like buyers, project managers, or supply chain managers are cautioned about long-term fit due to potential boredom.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Urgency:

Immediate need for candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
• Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications. Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
• Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer or SAP.
• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• They must be comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• Manager is looking for someone who has experience with SAP but it is preferred.
• Preferred experience in any ERP software such as (Oracle or Salesforce)

Salary Range: $42,000-$52,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
