Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waterproofing Technician/Foreman located in Broadview Hts, OH. The role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of waterproofing systems, conducting site assessments, and ensuring all projects meet quality and safety standards. The Technician/Foreman will also handle troubleshooting, repairs, and customer communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in basement waterproofing, foundation drainage systems, or construction Required
• Knowledge of sewer drainage solutions and related issues
• Ability to operate construction and home repair equipment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good communication skills for customer interactions
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role is a plus
