Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic Web/Digital Marketing Designer focusing on E-commerce platforms to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading the design of the company website and marketing initiatives .

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and modify company website, continuously enhancing for for optimized customer experience
• Develop digital communications/web development strategies and plans that include goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets, creative content, website performance evaluation, creation and optimization
• Integrate web sites with other computer applications
• Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
• Improve and develop online presence for company website and CRM tool
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
• Determine product demand and customer awareness
• Create and develop digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to email, web and company marketing material
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
• Provide strategic input to innovate and deliver digital solutions based on market research
• Identify new opportunities for digital content and spearhead execution of these initiatives
• Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs/website design through reports and KPIs
• Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity
• Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related field preferred
• 5-7 years of previous experience in web development/digital marketing field
• Proven experience in web development/design
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team effectively
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Bi-lingual (Spanish & English)
