Per Diem: $150/day (for non-local candidates)
Duration: 3 Months
Shifts Available:
Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Position Overview – Welding Supervisor
We’re seeking experienced Welding Supervisors to lead and oversee operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in TIG and Flux welding of stainless steel pipe and plate, up to the 6G position.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Background in fabrication and built-to-order production
Proficient in TIG and Flux welding on stainless steel pipe and plate (up to 6G position)
Ability to manage teams, ensure safety, and meet quality standards
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Industry Background:
Manufacturing (MFG) / Fabrication
