Based in the greater Minneapolis area, we are a steadfast and dedicated electrical contractor with a 30+ year track record of continued succeess and growth. We are looking to add a talented electrical PM to our team who can oversee some of our major industrial projects. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Develop and implement electrical project plans including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Manage all electrical construction activities on site, including electrical systems and components, NEC requirements, and more.
• Lead and direct electrical contracting projects.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Manage project change orders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct project reviews and assessments.
• Support client communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular project status updates to the management team.
• Visit job sites as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE POSITION

• Five plus years of experience in electrical construction, specifically industrial projects.
• Experience working with a team to develop and manage project plans.
• Experience managing projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• A willingness to travel to out of state sites as needed (occassional)
