Job Description

HCT is seeking an Interim Manager of Radiology for a 90+ bed hospital in Kansas. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide leadership oversight for Imaging services to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care across the continuum.
• Lead, manage, and develop staff across imaging modalities using a collaborative, team-based approach.
• Establish performance goals, allocate resources, and drive alignment with organizational quality, service, and financial objectives.
• Partner closely with physicians and clinical leaders to ensure effective communication and high-quality patient care.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction among patients, physicians, staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, including staffing models, productivity, cost controls, and budget variance action plans.
• Monitor clinical, operational, and financial performance metrics; analyze trends and implement service improvements to meet market and organizational needs.
• Lead departmental projects using established project management processes and tools.
• Represent Imaging through interdisciplinary collaboration, committee participation, and professional engagement.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Approved School of Radiologic Technologist)
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive imaging leadership experience
• License: An active Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (L.R.T.)
• Certifications: Required American Registry or Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Registered in one or more anatomical specialties and/or ARRT (R), (CT), (M), (MRI)
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.) experience preferred.

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
