About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Marketing Manager to drive the lead generation for a portfolio of home services brands. You will work directly with our Sr. Marketing Director and be supported by the entire marketing team to achieve success. The Marketing Manager will build budgets and be hands-on in digital platforms as well as in traditional campaigns. You will help develop new marketing strategies for your portfolio brands. You will collaborate with other departments within our company to brainstorm fresh marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage advertising budgets for the local brands in your portfolio.
  • Be responsible for the lead-generation goals of each local brand.
  • Manage Google Ads and LSA accounts for your portfolio.
  • Work with local brand leadership to be sure their marketing needs are met.
  • Be responsible for all advertising and marketing content for your local brands.
  • Manage marketing and sales collateral.
  • Daily reporting of leads and appointments.
  • Manage and support the online reputation, customer reviews, and online company profile listings for the local brands in your portfolio.
  • Build referrals through various campaigns that you help create and manage.
  • Manage shows and events in your service areas.
  • Create content for online expansion of the local brands.
  • Create and manage email campaigns.

Qualifications

Four years of marketing experience is preferred. Passion, drive, and the continuous pursuit of marketing knowledge and education will be the dominant hiring factors, but candidates should possess the following:

Required Skills

  • Google Ads experience necessary. We’re not looking for account management, but candidates must know their way around Google Ads.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets experience.
  • Social media experience, especially with Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • SEO experience a plus!
  • Graphic design skills a plus!
