ABOUT THE POSITION

Summary

The Receptionist is the face of the firm to clients and guests coming into our office. The receptionist will answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate people, handle mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies, as well as additional clerical duties. He/She should be viewed as the Director of First Impressions and present a professional image of the law firm that leaves a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering multi-line telephone system, fielding and directing calls as needed
  • Welcoming guest and escorting them to appropriate locations
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Document archival
  • Facility and supply management
  • General administrative duties
