The Senior Change Management Consultant and Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the Student Information System (SIS) implementation project, working on behalf of Saskatchewan Regional Colleges and Dumont Technical Institute. This position involves leading technology transformation, developing change management strategies, and performing business analysis tasks to ensure the successful implementation of the Thesis Elements SaaS solution. The consultant will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate a smooth transition and align the new system with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the client in project team, schedule, working committee, vendor workshops, and steering committee meetings.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support business readiness.
- Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders, processes, and systems.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and resistance to change.
- Manage the execution of change activities, including training, learning, and communication.
- Develop training plans, content, and rollout strategies.
- Elicit, analyze, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Capture current and future state processes and workflows.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and solution teams.
- Work with vendors and colleges on transition to operations.
- Liaise with Advanced Education Ministry resources.
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Analyst and Technical Lead.

- The position is 100% remote.
- The consultant must provide their own equipment (e.g., laptop).
- The consultant is expected to work in alignment with the client's time zone.
Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
- Detailed working schedule to be developed jointly with the College upon contract award.
