Senior Manager - Patient Operations

$110,000 - $130,000

As the Senior Manager of Patient Operations, you’ll lead in shaping and optimizing how to support patients throughout their entire care journey. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a fast-growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional, consistent service at every touchpoint. You’ll combine strategic vision, operational mastery, and a deep understanding of patient needs to elevate both outcomes and experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, guide, and inspire a team of patient experience specialists
• Foster growth through coaching, skill-building, and tailored development plans
• Analyze core operational workflows to uncover areas for enhanced efficiency
• Spearhead improvement projects that eliminate friction and deliver measurable value
• Establish and track KPIs to ensure team accountability and progress
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Act as the ultimate escalation resource for sensitive or complex patient issues
• Celebrate team achievements that contribute to elevated patient experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Knowledge of prior authorizations
• Strong Excel skills
• Exposure to SQL is a plus!
